The service

Fix My Debt provides guidance, assessment and resolution support for unsecured personal debt, such as credit card dues and unsecured loans. Where agreed, this can include support with creditor communication and negotiation. Fix My Debt is not a lender, does not provide loans, and is not a government body.

Eligibility

Our services are for adults (18 years and above) in India seeking help with unsecured personal debt. Every engagement begins with an initial assessment, and we may decline work that falls outside our scope or that we cannot responsibly support.

Fees

• Initial guidance and debt assessment: a one-time fee of ₹999. This fee is non-refundable once the assessment is provided.
• Further resolution or settlement-support work is charged separately. Any such fee is quoted only after we discuss and analyse your situation, and is confirmed with you in writing before any chargeable work begins.

No guaranteed outcomes

Debt resolution outcomes depend on your circumstances and on decisions made by creditors. Fix My Debt does not guarantee settlement of any account, reduced interest or waived charges, EMI restructuring, credit-score improvement, or any specific timeline or result.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your debts and circumstances.
• Tell us promptly about creditor notices, legal action, or changes in your situation.
• Make your own final decisions; we explain options and trade-offs, but the choice is yours.

Not professional advice

Our guidance is practical support, not legal, tax or investment advice. Where your situation needs it, we will encourage you to consult a qualified professional.

Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fix My Debt is not liable for decisions made by creditors, for outcomes that depend on information you did not share accurately, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
